Prakash Somasundaram
CEO & Founder
Prakash Somasundaram is the Founder and CEO of EUROLABX. He has founded multiple health and wellness brands that have grown to a multi-million dollar global business with customers across North America, Europe and Australia. Previously, he was the Head of Global Projects at Amazon Launchpad where he helped expand the business to over 9 countries and oversaw the launch of 2000+ startups on Amazon. He has extensive corporate experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Honeywell, Infosys and Amazon leading product teams to launch new solutions in healthcare, logistics and retail domains.
He has received 3 different awards including the Nursing IT Innovation Award, DoD CTMA Most Innovative Solution Award and the National Science Foundation SBIR grant. He holds over 5 published utility patents and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. He holds a Masters Degree in Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University and an Executive Degree in Strategic Management from the Harvard Business School.
Jonathan Weiner
Head of Supply Chain & Logistics
Jonathan Weiner leads the procurement, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics for all EUROLABX products. He has over 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain and QA processes across multiple industries. He is passionate about analyzing every aspect of product quality and ensuring that all products meet our rigorous testing standards. He takes complete pride in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction in every transaction.
Jonathan resides in Baltimore, Maryland and holds a degree from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
Manya Gupta
Chief Design Advisor
Manya Gupta is an award winning designer, journalist and engineer. She heads the brand strategy, customer experience and visual direction for EUROLABX. She has over 15 years of experience working with large global companies such as BBC, Infosys and Fidelity along with fast growing startups in health and wellness such as Uba and Salud. Her career has involved building innovative new software solutions, reporting on engaging real world stories, driving user experience at high tech startups and building solutions from the ground up for city governments across the US. Her design work and reporting have been featured in major publications.
Manya holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Journalism from Northwestern University.

Elmer Meurs is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with over 25 years of experience driving large-scale commercial performance and structural transformation across the healthcare, retail, and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Hygiene-Care, a leading medical supplier of diabetes materials in the Netherlands, Elmer is a recognized expert in the integration of medical devices and supplies with advanced e-health solutions. His extensive leadership background includes senior roles at major corporations such as Dexcom Retail Group, Mediq, and L'Oreal, where he managed workforces of thousands and oversaw multi-billion euro operations.
Elmer has also contributed his expertise to the public sector as a member of the Dutch Ministry of Health’s diabetes workgroup and various supervisory boards. He excels in driving commercial performance, executing large-scale structural change, and developing international retail formats. As an advisory board member, he brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational excellence to EUROLABX.
Velumani Pillai
Founder & CEO, Ulivmo | United States
Velumani (Lou) Pillai is a biopharmaceutical & healthcare innovation leader with over three decades of experience driving digital transformation and operational excellence at companies such as Pfizer, Merck, and Immunomedics/Gilead.
Currently the Founder and CEO of Ulivmo, he specializes in advising startups, building and growing integrated digital health platforms. Over the last 15 years, he focused on delivering AI, data, and design-driven solutions to personalize the prevention and treatment of autoimmune, cardiovascular, and metabolic diseases. He is now building a studio dedicated to engineering digital health startups that utilize deep learning for the detection, prediction, and reversal of chronic diseases. During his 18-year tenure at Pfizer, he architected scalable business models by integrating genomic and clinical data to improve patient outcomes for chronic pain and metabolic disease management. Later, as Chief Data & Digital Officer at Immunomedics, he led the delivery of science-driven biologic therapies through digital first launch. His expertise spans the entire product lifecycle, from pioneering batch automation in manufacturing to leading global technology partnerships and ventures.
