Protection from both extremes

Heat can damage medication. Extreme cold can too.

Temperature-sensitive medication needs more than cold. EUROLABX is engineered to help protect your pens from outside heat while reducing the risk of direct freezing exposure during travel.

RISK Extreme Cold Can Damage

Freezing and direct frozen-pack contact can be harmful.

RISK Heat Can Damage

High ambient temperatures can exceed labeled storage conditions.

The EUROLABX principle

Not simply colder. Carefully protected.

EUROLABX is designed around controlled cooling—not maximum cold—so temperature-sensitive pens can travel with protection from both thermal extremes.

Storage requirements vary by medication. Always follow the temperature, handling and in-use instructions on your medication label and consult a pharmacist or healthcare professional when unsure. Product performance depends on preparation, ambient conditions, duration, opening frequency and configuration.

THE HIDDEN COLD RISK

Conventional blue ice packs may freeze the medication.

A frozen blue pack can get too cold and create concentrated cold spots. GLP-1 manufacturers warn: if medication has frozen, do not use it—even after it thaws.

Extreme cold for Medications

CONVENTIONAL BLUE ICE PACK

Can make the case dangerously cold.

Medications that have direct contact with blue ice packs may freeze. A thawed pen may no longer look or feel frozen, so storage history matters. If a pen has frozen, manufacturer instructions say it should not be used.

EUROLABX CONTROLLED PROTECTION

Cooling without the freezing risk.

ThermoX cooling gel sits inside a rigid cartridge and thermal protection sleeve, helping moderate cold transfer before it reaches the insulated medication chamber. Engineered for controlled travel protection.

THERMAL ARCHITECTURE

Engineered layer by layer

Eurolabx separates the frozen cooling source from temperature-sensitive medication through a purpose-built thermal system. The rigid ThermoX cartridge delivers sustained cooling into a protective sleeve, while the insulated interior helps moderate temperature transfer. Everything is enclosed within a durable EVA shell designed for the movement, pressure and impact of travel.

Controlled thermal validation

Temperature protection, measured over time.

Test duration 12 hours
Peak internal temperature 50°F / 10°C
Thermal result Below safe limit
Validated below the 68°F / 20°C safe limit

In this controlled test, the internal case temperature remained below the defined upper limit for the full 12-hour duration.

Performance depends on ambient temperature, cooling-block preparation, case opening frequency, medication configuration and other conditions. Chart values should match laboratory record.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it keep the medicines cool?

In warm weather conditions (86°F/ 30°C), the COMPACT case will keep injection pens at the optimal GLP-1 cooling temperature for a minimum of 6-8 hours. The MAX case will keep cool for minimum of 8-12 hours.

Why is the EUROLABX case better?

The EUROLABX Case is specifically designed for GLP-1 medications with maximum insulation, freeze protection and fully compliant with global airport security standards.

Will it work with for all GLP-1 Pens?

Yes, the case is specially designed to fit all types of most commonly used GLP-1 pens. The Max case neatly fits pens that have wider triangular pen caps.

Can I use it to carry other injections?

Yes, absolutely. Other medication injection pens have the same storage temperature requirements and the case can easily hold 3+ injection pens.

How many injection pens can it fit?

The case is designed to store 4 standard size injection pens or 3 auto injector pens with wide triangular base.

Is it compliant with TSA and other Airport security standards?

Yes, absolutely. It is designed to meet TSA and other global airport security compliance standards.
