Protection from both extremes
Temperature-sensitive medication needs more than cold. EUROLABX is engineered to help protect your pens from outside heat while reducing the risk of direct freezing exposure during travel.
Freezing and direct frozen-pack contact can be harmful.
High ambient temperatures can exceed labeled storage conditions.
EUROLABX is designed around controlled cooling—not maximum cold—so temperature-sensitive pens can travel with protection from both thermal extremes.
Storage requirements vary by medication. Always follow the temperature, handling and in-use instructions on your medication label and consult a pharmacist or healthcare professional when unsure. Product performance depends on preparation, ambient conditions, duration, opening frequency and configuration.
THERMAL ARCHITECTURE
Eurolabx separates the frozen cooling source from temperature-sensitive medication through a purpose-built thermal system. The rigid ThermoX cartridge delivers sustained cooling into a protective sleeve, while the insulated interior helps moderate temperature transfer. Everything is enclosed within a durable EVA shell designed for the movement, pressure and impact of travel.
Maintains optimal storage temperature for Humira, Dupixent, Skyrizi, Enbrel, Cosentyx, etc.
Controlled thermal validation
See how the EUROLABX MAX case performed during a controlled 12-hour thermal chamber test at 95°F / 35°C ambient temperature.
In our controlled thermal-performance test, the medication compartment remained below the predefined 68°F test threshold for 12 hours at a 95°F ambient temperature.
The test was performed by our internal thermal testing team. Storage requirements vary by medication. Always follow the instructions supplied with your prescription.
Compare EUROLABX models
Both models use the same controlled-protection approach. Choose based on your pen format, travel duration and preferred case depth.
Move the slider for a duration-based recommendation.
Trip duration is one factor. Choose Max whenever you need wide-cap or triangular-cap pen compatibility.
Slim 1.9-inch profile
The slimmer choice for daily travel, shorter flights, pool or beach days or warm-weather day trips.
Deeper 3.2-inch profile
The deeper, longer-duration choice for long-haul flights and international travel.
Cooling durations reflect model-dependent performance in warm conditions around 86°F / 30°C. Actual performance depends on cooling-block preparation, ambient temperature, case opening frequency, medication configuration and other travel conditions.
TSA Compliant
SIMPLE BY DESIGN
Freeze. Pack. Zip. No batteries, cables, or complicated setup.
Place the ThermoX cooling block flat in the freezer overnight.
Slide the frozen block into the thermal protection sleeve, then secure your pens in the holder.
Press the case gently and zip it fully closed to maintain the insulated environment.
Always follow the storage instructions supplied with your medication.
In warm weather conditions (86°F/ 30°C), the COMPACT case will keep injection pens at the optimal GLP-1 cooling temperature for a minimum 8 hours. The MAX case will keep cool for minimum 12 hours.
The EUROLABX Case is specifically designed for GLP-1 medications with maximum insulation, freeze protection and fully compliant with global airport security standards.
Yes, the case is specially designed to fit all types of most commonly used GLP-1 pens including Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy, Trulicity, etc. It also neatly fits pens that have wider pen caps with special slots designed into the case.
Yes, absolutely. The Insulin injection pens have the same storage temperature requirements and the case can easily hold 3+ Insulin injection pens.
The case is designed to store at least 3 injection pens and in some cases can fit 4 pens.
Yes, absolutely. It is designed to meet TSA and other global airport security compliance standards.
