Cooling durations reflect model-dependent performance in warm conditions around 86°F / 30°C. Actual performance depends on cooling-block preparation, ambient temperature, case opening frequency, medication configuration and other travel conditions.
THERMAL ARCHITECTURE
Eurolabx separates the frozen cooling source from temperature-sensitive medication through a purpose-built thermal system. The rigid ThermoX cartridge delivers sustained cooling into a protective sleeve, while the insulated interior helps moderate temperature transfer. Everything is enclosed within a durable EVA shell designed for the movement, pressure and impact of travel.

Place the ThermoX cooling block flat in the freezer overnight.
Slide the frozen block into the thermal protection sleeve, then secure your pens in the holder.
Press the case gently and zip it fully closed to maintain the insulated environment.

In warm weather conditions (86°F/ 30°C), the COMPACT case will keep injection pens at the optimal GLP-1 cooling temperature for a minimum 8 hours. The MAX case will keep cool for minimum 12 hours.

This is a third case I bought for my ozempic. The first 2 were from amazon. The first one was too small to hold my pens, so I had to return it right away. The second one I bought had a temp display and an ice pack. But the ice pack lasted at most 1-2 hours, and the temp wasn't accurate. I travel a lot for work, so keeping my pens cool was essential. When I stumbled upon this case, it was definitely pricier than what I would like, but I decided to give it a chance. And I'm so glad I did! First of all, it's great quality build. You can see even from the photos that really good materials are used. The case also has a really attractive design. This is by far the most beautiful case I've seen, very modern. And most importantly, the ice pack. While it takes a long time to cool it in the fridge, which is 10-12 hours, it also lasts the longest. My compact case said 8 hrs but lasted about 10 hours. This matters because its not only the duration of the flight I need to be thinking about, but also the time it takes to get to/from the airport, going through security, waiting to board or baggage claim, and so on. So it's the flight + extra 3-4 hours just for the logistics. And all this time, the pens need to stay cool. This case really delivered on that front, I finally don't have to stress about the temp problem anymore. I'm very happy with my purchase!
I recently started using Mounjaro 4 mg self injectable pens. They have somewhat of a strange design and just want to make sure they will fit in this case. Fortunately it fits really well. I also tested how long the cold packs stay frozen and was impressed with the results!

Did a lot of searching online to find the best cooler for my Zepbound. The Eurolabx case was highly recommended and gladly it did not disappoint when it arrived. The cooling bricks are unlike any other cheaper ice packs in other case. Oh by the way, I have tried a lot of different cases before.
